The last AGM was on Monday 18th July 2022 in the Main Hall at the Village Hall. The draft minutes from the 2022 meeting are available here.

The 2022 AGM was followed by the first committee meeting at which the newly elected committee members appointed the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Secretary for 2022-23. For details of the current committee please check ‘Our Charity’ and click on ‘Our Organisation’ from the drop down menu.

All the committee members/trustees are volunteers. Some members represent individual clubs or groups that use either the village hall or playing field/pavilion and other members are either elected at the AGM or are co-opted on to the committee. ALL committee members are Trustees of the Stamfordham Playing Field & Village Hall Charity. If you can find a little bit of time to join the committee to help make decisions or offer practical skills you will be most welcome.
